    【摘 要】

    冠心病是临床中最为常见的心血管疾病，具有病程长，预后差的致病特点，单纯应用西医治疗疗效尚不理想，而用补肾法治疗冠心病可以延缓冠心病进展，显著改善患者预后。吴荣主任医师认为多数年老冠心病患者的病机并不局限于心脉痹阻，其病位在心，而病之根在于肾，肾虚是引起动脉粥样硬化，导致慢性严重冠心病的真正根源，在临床中应用补肾法论治冠心病取得了显著的临床疗效。
