    【摘 要】

    在临床工作中，笔者发现冠心病与肾密切关联，故从“心肾相关”的理论基础，即五行相克、经络相连、精神互用、精血互化、君相安位、水火既济进行论述，强调从以肾治心的重要性；并总结出补肾活血、补肾祛痰、补肾理气、补肾散寒等常用治法，为冠心病的临床治療提供新思路，附医案二则进行分析。
