    【摘要】中医体质学以中医基础理论为指导，形成了以四大基本原理、三个关键科学问题为核心的理论体系，其模式及规律与肠道微生态学基本理论具有相似性。痰湿体质易感代谢疾病，同时也是代谢综合征患者的主要体质类型，而肠道微生态参与人体代谢，与代谢综合征及相关疾病的发生、发展有直接或间接的关系，但目前两者具体因果关系尚未阐明。文章旨在从中医体质学角度出发，以现有研究成果为基础，探讨肠道微生态与代谢综合征及其相关疾病的关系，为代谢疾病的临床诊疗拓宽新思路和方向。
