    【摘要】《伤寒论》理法方药兼具，针灸取穴精妙非凡。在其针刺治疗中期门穴的使用频次最高，期门作为肝经募穴及三经交会穴，可调节一身之气血，功用卓著。为加深医者对其穴位机理与應用的理解，探明仲景临证思辨特点，文章摘选针刺期门穴的条文，参考诸家注解，深入剖析期门穴的应用规律与仲景临证思辨特点，系统整合出其对太少并病、纵横证、热入血室、尸厥的有效治疗，阐明其中辨证论治、异病同治、治病求本、治未病的临证思维，以期为临床治疗提供参考和启迪，使针刺效果得以有效发挥，进一步拓宽期门穴的临床使用范围。
