    【摘要】通过阐发《黄帝内经》阴阳平衡理论，探讨“阳化气、阴成形”具体内涵，结合精液异常的现代医学研究，提出该病的中医诊治思路。认为常见的特发性少、弱精子症，精液不液化，亦或二者合病是阳虚化气不足，阴异成浊，留滞生殖之处为病变过程，病因与机体肾气亏虚有关，提出男子以肾为要，治疗上补养肾气、清利浊邪，以协调肾中阴阳，恢复“阳化气、阴成形”功能。“阳化气、阴成形”理论在中医治疗精液异常具有良好的指导意义，在处方时要审证求因，辨清虚实，提高疗效。
