    【摘要】《傅青主女科》首开新论，认为“经水出诸肾”“经本于肾”，开始从治肾的方向调理月经诸症。文中阐释了肾与经水的关系，以气血为本，注重肾气的调护，同时强调肾与心、肝、脾在调经过程中协调作用。其认为调经之要，首重在肾，肾气充盈，经水满溢；肝为肾之子，且精血同源，藏泻并举，都与经水密切相关；先后天互滋，脾健则经水化生有源，亦可填补肾精；心火得下，肾水得升，则水火既济，心肾相交，胞胎之气有所归，经水不得妄行。傅氏调经之法为后世所沿袭，影响深远。
