    【摘要】通过文献研究，简述了手诊理论及其在高脂血症诊治中的应用研究现状，并对目前的研究成果进行简要的总结、归纳。讨论了手诊在高脂血症诊断中的应用价值，指出了目前研究仍然存在的问题，并针对问题提出相关建议，为今后手诊在高脂血症诊治的应用研究中提供了新的思路。以期为手诊在高脂血症的临床诊治提供理论依据，从而补充完善中医局部诊法的内容。
