    【摘要】突发性耳聋是一种突然发生的、原因不明的感音神经性听力损失，近年来发病率不断上升。气滞血瘀是突聋的临床常见证型。文章通过查阅近10年来中医治疗气滞血瘀型突聋的相关文献，综合分析中医内治、外治、综合治疗等方法治疗本病的临床研究进展，发现中医治疗本病疗效显著，能有效提高患者听力、减轻伴随症状、改善焦虑情绪等，可在临床上进一步应用推广。
