    【摘要】慢性乙型肝炎是常见的肝脏疾病，在临床中具有隐匿性、进展性、治愈率低等特点。中医药治疗在缓解症状、抗病毒、抗纤维化、保肝降酶、调节免疫等方面具有优势。文章总结了刘华宝教授治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临证经验，其认为本病基本病机为“湿热蕴结为标，脾肾亏虚为本”，治疗以清利解毒、化瘀活血、燮理气机、健脾补肾为主，临证中疗效确切。
