    【摘要】知柏地黄汤出自《医宗金鉴》，由知母、黄柏、熟地黄、山药、山茱萸、牡丹皮、茯苓、泽泻组成，具有滋阴清热之功，用于阴虚火旺证。周青教授结合中医辨证论治及异病同治理论，临床上灵活运用知柏地黄汤，治疗某些阴虚火旺型慢性疾患及老年性病证，临床疗效尚佳。本文总结了周青教授运用知柏地黄汤的临证经验，并举案3则。周青教授认为，肾主水，阴津清润脏腑形骸，为正常功能活动之需；气血精液亦需阴津濡润，才能各成其用。肾阴亏损，气失水濡而虚热内生，脏失水泽而诸证蜂起。对于阴虚火旺诸症，可用知柏地黄汤化裁治之。
