    【摘要】咳嗽变异型哮喘是一种特殊类型的支气管哮喘，是呼吸科门诊的一类常见病，主要以反复发作的刺激性咳嗽为典型特征，在临床治疗上存在单用吸入剂治疗效果不佳，患者依从性差的问题，中医药治疗从“咳嗽”辨证论治进行个体化调理更具优势。肖泓教授治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘经验丰富，文章总结了肖泓教授在诊治本病的临床经验。肖泓教授指出咳嗽虽然在肺，但与脾胃密切联系。认为本病为脾虚咳嗽，病机为脾失运化，痰浊射肺，肺气上逆；在治疗上以健脾行气，降逆化痰止咳为法，以健脾化痰汤加减治疗可取得较好的临床疗效。
