    【摘要】膜性肾病是导致成人肾病综合征的主要原因之一。郑艳辉主任认为本病的病机以脾肾两虚为本、湿热瘀阻为标，故提出益肾健脾，佐以清热祛湿、活血通络行气的治法，标本兼顾。对于反复大量蛋白尿者合理运用激素及免疫抑制剂，取得了一定的疗效。

Director Zheng Yanhui put forward that the pathogenesis of this disease is based on spleen and kidney deficiency and dampness-heat and blood stasis as the standard.The treatment method can be summarized as follows：invigorating kidney and spleen， supplemented by clearing heat and expelling damp and promoting blood circulation and activating qi to treat both manifestation and root causes.The rational use of hormones and immunosuppressants for repeated large amounts of proteinuria has achieved certain curative effects. ......
