    【摘要】乳腺癌术后上肢水肿为乳癌并发症，中医多归属于“水肿”范畴，如患者上肢存在索状硬物或疼痛则归属于“脉痹”。此并发症严重影响了患者的生活质量，西医目前尚无很好的治疗方法，而中医药治疗本病具有一定优势。文章通过对本病的病因病机、治疗思路以及临床验案进行整理和分析，总结韩金凤教授通过运气辨证结合常规辨证思维使用薯蓣丸治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿的临证经验，为治疗本病提供新的诊疗思路，供广大医者参考。
