    【摘要】佤族医药基础理论核心思想来源于佤族《司岗里》哲学神话之中，从中总结出佤族对生命起源的认识，并由“司岗”诞生天地，演化万物的认识来解释“天、地、风、水、木、火、石、气”八种物质的具体内涵与相互关系，进而延伸至五行理论，最终形成佤医独特的核心理论思想，其对佤族医药系统性的传承发展具有一定的促进意义。
