    【摘要】痰浊、瘀血是气血津液代谢失常的产物，二者既是病理产物，又是健忘发生的致病因素。通过对相关理论文献进行收集整理，对痰瘀致忘的机理进行梳理，并对痰瘀相关理论指导健忘治疗的临证运用进行总结分析，认为应当充分运用痰瘀理论指导健忘的辨治，痰瘀同治，兼以调和气血、健脾益肾、清热解毒之法，提高中医药治疗健忘的临床疗效。
