    【摘要】外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)是育龄期女性的常见病，以外阴瘙痒不适及白带性状改变为主要特征，该病病程较长，复发率高，严重影响患者的身心健康。中医药治疗VVC有着疗效可靠、疗程短、副作用少等优势。历代医家对其病机认识及治则治法不尽相同，文章整理了古今本病病名病机，现代医家治疗本病的方法效果等相关内容，以望为临床诊疗本病提供思路及依据。
