    【摘要】草乌和诃子为蒙医常用药材，草乌-诃子具有减毒、抗炎和降低草乌心脏毒性等作用，是中蒙药方剂中的常用药对。因草乌毒性大，治疗窗窄，故限制了其在临床的广泛应用，但草乌与诃子合理配伍可起到减毒存效的功效，大大增加了其应用范围。近年来，随着现代科技的进步，对此药对的研究也在不断深入。文章结合国内外相关文献，从化学成分及药理作用等方面对草乌-诃子药对的概况进行综述，以期为进一步探讨此药对提供参考。
