    【摘要】近年来，皮肤病发病率及复发率逐年升高，鉴于民族医药对皮肤病(湿疹、带状疱疹、痤疮、银屑病、荨麻疹等)有较完善的理论体系和研究成果，笔者查阅近年来国内外与民族医药防治皮肤病有关的文献、书籍，简述了彝、藏、壮、蒙医药对皮肤病的认识、文献及临床实验等方面的研究概况，以期为临床治疗方法和新药开发研究提供启发和思考。通过综述得出彝、藏、壮、蒙医药治疗皮肤病具有疗效好、安全性高、一方多效、理论丰富及治疗方法多样化的优势，今后对民族医药在皮肤病领域进行理论挖掘整理、治疗方法及药物深入研究具有重要意义。
