    【摘要】岭南地区山高林密，雨量充沛，湿患为最，湿疹是为岭南常见病。壮医作为岭南地区传统民族医学，长期与“湿毒”相斗争，壮医药对湿疹的治疗也展现出较大的优势。随着近年来对湿疹及其治疗的研究不断深入，越来越多疗法值得探究与推广，本文回顾了近30年来运用壮医特色技法治疗湿疹相关研究，分析表明运用壮医内外治法，包括内服壮医方剂，外用熏洗、药线点灸、针刺以及各技法联合治疗，能显著缓解患者痛苦，减轻局部皮损，减少不良反应及复发率，展现出较高的临床实践价值。通过整理分析相关文献，以期为今后开展壮医药相关研究及临床实践提供新思路，为探索更为优质的湿疹治疗方案提供理论依据。
