    【摘要】慢性鼻炎属于中医“鼻窒、鼻渊”范畴，临床表现以黏膜肿胀、分泌物增多、无明确致病微生物感染、病程持续数月以上或反复发作为特征。冯全生教授临床治疗本病主要从整体与局部辨证结合，整体多从健脾强肺御外邪、清解肺胃除郁热两方面选方用药，局部多从寒热同用透鼻窍、透脓溃坚消痰核、辛润通络畅三方面选方用药。文章总结冯全生教授临证治疗慢性鼻炎经验总结，希望为临床辨证治疗慢性鼻炎用药提供新思路。附验案二则。
