    【摘要】气机作为中医学理论体系不可或缺的一部分，对疾病的诊治起到了重要的指导作用。“气机失调则百病生”，故调畅气机治之法首当其冲，国医大师张震先生根据多年临床经验总结认为要想疏通人体的气机，非单纯调肝理气就能完全奏效，应在疏肝理气的同时还需注重健脾补肾固护先后天之本，方能达到事半功倍之效，故提出了“以调肝疏肝为主体，健脾固肾为两翼”的疏调气机治疗之法。文章从“一体两翼”的学术思想出发，运用疏调气机之法治疗免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)，疗效确切，为治疗ITP提供了新的诊治思路与方案。
