    【摘要】目的：挖掘《中华医典》中治疗鼾症的方剂，总结中医治疗鼾症的方药特点。方法：通过Excel Office 2016搭建数据库，分析所获方药的频次、功效、性味、归经，依托中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)分析鼾症的组方规律、核心药物组合、获取新处方。结果：检索到符合纳入标准的处方36个，共涉及中药111味，频次≥6次的药物共12味，四气以热、寒、平为主，五味以辛、甘、苦为主，主归肺、脾、胃经，中药类别频率由高到低依次为补气类、发散风寒类、清化热痰类、止咳平喘类，获得高频药物组合13组，核心药物8组，聚类新处方4个。结论：通过数据挖掘《中华医典》中医治疗鼾症的方药以及新方分析，可为鼾症的治疗提供思路，以供探讨。
