    【摘要】目的：对敦煌《辅行诀》中干姜-附子角药的临证配伍应用进行探析，为临床处方用药提供宝贵的参考价值。 方法：整理提取敦煌《辅行诀》中含干姜-附子的方剂，分别从独立成方、组方主要部分及联合应用方面论述角药的临床配伍特点。结果：敦煌《辅行诀》中独立成方之干姜-附子角药1组，作为方剂主要部分之干姜-附子角药9组，以及联合应用之角药，配伍精当，实用效捷。 结论：敦煌《辅行诀》中蕴含着丰富的干姜-附子角药配伍知识，掌握其具体配伍特点与临床应用，对现代临床具有重要的指导意义。
