    【摘 要】 海南黎药鹧鸪茶具有健脾养胃、消食、降脂减压、利胆等功效，具有良好的营养价值与药用潜质。鹧鸪茶的相关研究及古籍记载亦有了一定的研究基础，故回顾前人的各项研究并进行总结归纳，综述了黎药鹧鸪茶的功能成分、保健作用、药物毒理、药理作用、临床作用及对鹧鸪茶开发加工等的研究现状，以期为鹧鸪茶尚不明确的部分功效的分子生物学机制的进一步探讨及产品开发及利用提供参考。

    Abstract：Hainan partridge tea has the functions of invigorating spleen and stomach，promoting digestion，lowering blood fat and reducing pressure，and promoting bile flow，and has good nutritional value and medicinal potential. The related research of partridge tea and the records in ancient books also have a certain research foundation. Therefore，previous studies are reviewed and summarized，and the research status of functional components，health care effects，drug toxicology，pharmacological effects，clinical effects，development and processing of partridge tea of Li medicine are summarized，so as to provide a reference for the development and processing of partridge tea.
