    【摘 要】 天仙果为畲族常用的、药食两用的畲药。天仙果含有苯丙素类、黄酮、三萜、甾体和酚酸类等多种化学成分，具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、防治阿尔茨海默病和溶栓等多种药理作用。文章在系统的文献调研基础上，对天仙果的化学成分、药理作用及临床应用做出总结，以便对其更好的研究、开发和利用。

F. beecheyana contained various chemical constituents，such as phenylpropanoids，flavonoids，triterpenoids，steroids，phenolic acids and fatty acid esters，ect.，which exhibited diverse biological activities，including anti-inflammatory，antioxidant，anti-tumor，anti-alzheimers disease and thrombolytic effects，and so on.
