    【摘 要】 变应性鼻炎是一种由免疫球蛋白E介导的由过敏原暴露引起的变态反应性鼻部炎症性疾病，是一种以打喷嚏、流清涕、鼻塞和鼻痒为主要特征的疾病。近年来其发病率呈明显上升趋势，AR可导致患者睡眠周期紊乱、情绪失控、生活质量严重下降和重大经济负担。目前该病没有完全能治疗彻底的最佳方法，但通过规范化的中医防治，其各种临床症状均可得到有效控制，患者的生活质量可得到提高。文章通过查阅并总结近年来中医外治法治疗AR的研究进展的相关文献，以期为临床治疗提供参考。

    Abstract：Allergic rhinitis (AR) is an allergic nasal inflammatory disease mediated by immunoglobulin E (IgE) and caused by allergen exposure. It is a condition mainly characterized by sneezing，watery nasal discharge，nasal obstruction and itching.In recent years，the incidence of AR has increased significantly. AR can lead to sleep cycle disorders，emotional loss，severe deterioration of quality of life and significant economic burden. Nowadays，there is no best way to treat the disease completely，but through standardized prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine，its various clinical symptoms can be effectively controlled，and the quality of life of patients can be improved.
