    【摘 要】 从经典名方二冬汤的制备工艺、药理作用、临床应用等方面的研究现状进行归纳总结，综述了二冬汤的药味组成及研究，制备工艺及质量控制，降糖、抗癌、抗炎等药理作用，在糖尿病前期、2型糖尿病及并发症、甲亢等方面的临床应用，以及申请的专利情况，为进一步开发利用提供参考。
