    【摘 要】 近年来糖尿病的发病率不断升高，并发症也不断增加，许多病患生活质量严重受限、经济负担沉重。中医药凭借独特的辨证思维及治疗优势在糖尿病的防治中得到广泛认可。郑进教授结合自身30余年的临床经验，认为糖尿病发病过程中“郁热”为其关键病机，并贯穿疾病始终。随着疾病的进一步发展，中后期可呈现出虚实相兼、寒热错杂的特点，并以“补虚泻实”为治疗原则，临床疗效颇丰。文章对郑进教授诊治糖尿病的学术思想、临床应用体会及粗浅理解做如下介绍，仅供临床同道提供新的治疗思路。

    Abstract：In recent years，the incidence rate of diabetes is increasing，and the complications are also increasing.Many patients have serious limitations on their quality of life and heavy financial burden.Traditional Chinese medicine has been widely recognized in the prevention and treatment of diabetes with its distinctive dialectical thinking and treatment advantages.Professor Zheng Jin，combining his own clinical experience of more than 30 years，believes that the key pathogenesis of diabetes is "heat and depression"，which runs through the disease from beginning to end.With the further development of the disease，the middle and later stages can show the characteristics of both deficiency and reality ......
