    【摘 要】 文章以《诚求集》中所记载的小儿疳证理法方药以及病案进行整理分析，探析其作者朱世扬对小儿疳证的病因、病机以及兼证的诊治经验。《诚求集》是清代名医朱世扬综合历代著名医家对于疳证的记载，对其进行总结，并结合临床医案进行分析，病因病机上认为疳证主要由于饮食不节致为受损、或病久耗伤气血所致；辨证上继承了古人五脏疳的分型；治疗上以健脾消疳为主，兼以消积导滞、清心除烦、清热泻火等法，对于现代临床具有较高的研究价值与借鉴意义。

    Abstract：In this paper，the author Zhu Shiyangs experience in diagnosis and treatment of infantile infantile malnutrition was analyzed based on the prescriptions and medical records of infantile malnutrition recorded in Cheng Qiu Ji，and the etiology，pathogenesis and concurrent syndrome of infantile malnutrition. In Cheng Qiu Ji，Zhu Shiyang，a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty，summarized the records of famous doctors in the past dynasties on the syndrome of infantile chancre，and analyzed them in combination with clinical medical records.
