    【摘 要】 管氏脊椎九宫穴是一组极具特色的集合穴，是管氏针灸流派根据脊椎病变部位按八卦方位图所确定的穴位，并以“洛书九宫数”施行。广泛应用于各种脊椎的病变，对治疗腰椎间盘突出症，颈椎病，脊椎退行性骨关节病，腰肌劳损，病理性压缩性骨折等疗效显著。文章将通过介绍脊椎九宫穴的取穴方法、针刺方法、针刺要领及临床应用，并附该集合穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的典型病案举隅。探析脊椎九宫穴的临床经验，在治疗脊椎病变时，提供一种新的方法，新的思路。
