    【摘 要】 舌癌在口腔颌面肿瘤中较为常见，目前西医的主要治疗手段为手术、放化疗、靶向治疗等，患者机体的创伤较大。而中医药在治疗肿瘤方面具有独特优势，可明显改善患者生活质量，延长患者生存时间。李艺主任从事临床多年，对恶性肿瘤的治疗有自己独到的见解。文章主要介绍李艺主任治疗舌癌的诊疗思路，治以清心脾之火，攻癌瘤之毒，补机体之虚，以达到扶正以祛邪，祛邪不伤正之目的。

    Abstract：Tongue cancer is more common in patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors. At present，the main treatment methods of western medicine are surgery，chemotherapy，radiotherapy and so on，which cause great trauma to the patients body. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has unique advantages in the treatment of cancer，which can significantly improve the quality of life and prolong the survival time of patients. Director Li Yi has been engaged in clinical practice for many years and has his own unique views on the treatment of malignant tumors.
