    【摘 要】 角药是三药的有机联用，也是互为犄角的配伍形式。已故何炳元教授从事临床四十余载，在中医治疗瘙痒性皮肤病方面积累了丰富经验，擅长运用具有“藤”“草”“皮”“子”等特色的5组角藥，其功能为祛风解表、凉血消癍、解毒透疹、活血通络、祛风止痒。临证时尤其善用角药，自拟方名，组方独特，疗效颇佳。文章总结何炳元教授运用角药临证配伍特色，为临床诊治瘙痒性皮肤病提供宝贵的借鉴经验。
