    【摘 要】 目的：观察自拟通便汤联合乳果糖口服溶液治疗气阴两虚型老年功能性便秘(FC)患者的疗效。方法：选取气阴两虚型老年FC患者85例，采用随机数表法分为观察组43例和对照组42例。其中对照组采用乳果糖治疗，观察组在其基础上联合益气通便汤治疗，对比两组中医证候积分、便秘状况评估量表(PAC-QOL)评分等参数。结果：治疗后，对照组与观察组主症排便得分、次症、主次症总分降低，且观察组得分低于同时间的对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，对照组与观察组PAC-Q0L子量表得分均降低，且观察组患者的分值低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后4周的复发率低于对照组，治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：自拟通便汤联合乳果糖口服溶液可有效改善气阴两虚型老年FC患者的临床诊治症状、促进肠道功能恢复，降低复发风险，显著提高患者的生活质量。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of self-made Tongbi decoction combined with lactulose oral solution on 43 elderly patients with functional constipation (FC) of Qi and Yin deficiency.
