    【摘 要】文章介绍张超教授辨治慢性乙型肝炎临证经验。张超教授认为慢性乙型肝炎病机复杂，致病外因在于湿热疫毒，而内因在于正气不足，湿、热、瘀、毒是其重要的病理因素。治疗上主张辨病与辨证相结合，扶正兼顾祛邪，提出治肝莫忘实脾，调肝必兼利胆，清热解毒，祛邪先行，滋水涵木共进，活血化瘀贯穿始终的治疗原则。
