基于现代生物力学对高张力性经筋病的理论探讨
谭良源 卢栋明 甘小凤 杨培培 王开龙【摘要】经筋是对人体肌肉、肌腱、韧带和神经等软组织的高度概括。文章基于经筋的实质结构和功能特点,从软组织生物力学角度探讨了经筋病发病机制,认为各软组织之间的非生理性活动影响了经筋正常的生物力学结构,从而引发了一系列高张力性经筋病变;根据经筋病病变规律,以“循经查灶,以痛为腧,松筋解结”和“动静结合,交互抑制,整体论治”为原则深度剖析了经筋病的治疗思路,为临床治疗提供参考。
