靛玉红的提取分离和药理研究进展

    【摘要】靛玉红是一种双吲哚类化合物，天然的靛玉红主要存在于青黛、板蓝根、大青叶中。文章主要围绕靛玉红的提取分离及近几年研究的药理作用这两方面进行综述。提取分离主要包括超声提取法、回流提取法、水煎煮法、减压提取法、柱色谱等方法；药理作用主要包括抗癌、抗炎、抗病毒以及心脏保护作用，治疗血小板减少等，以期为后续相关研究和产品开发提供参考。
