    【摘? 要】

    男性不育症作为近年来困扰许多家庭的疾病，其致病因素众多，病情复杂，易受外界因素影响，在治疗上周期较长，具有一定的难度。笔者在跟师过程中发现临床上男性不育症的病因以少弱精子最为常见，而“阳化气，阴成形”功能的失调是引起少弱精子症的主要因素，文章基于“阳化气，阴成形”理论探讨“阳化气，阴成形”功能失调对精液质量的影响以及其在男性不育症诊疗中的运用。
