【摘? 要】
目的:分離鉴定积雪草的化学成分。方法:采用溶剂提取和硅胶柱层析分离化合物,通过核磁共振波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为3-Hydroxy-8-acetoxy-pentadecadien-(1,9)-diin-(4,6)(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、1,3-dihydroxylpropyl-(9Z,12Z)-octadeca-9,12-dienate (3)、咖啡酸甲酯(4)、araliadiol (5)、山柰酚(6)、槲皮素(7)。结论:化合物1、3、4为首次从积雪草中分离得到。
