    【摘? 要】

    咳嗽变异性哮喘是慢性咳嗽的常见病因，临床多见，早期不易诊断，诊断后不易治愈，中药膏方治疗本病，具有整体调理、全面改善的优势。文章总结了夏永良主任运用膏方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的经验，夏永良主任认为，风邪恋肺、肺失宣肃、土不生金、肾不纳气，是其常见病机，临证时强调疏散风邪、宣肃肺气、重视脾肾，并附验案1则。
