    【摘? 要】

    文章分别阐述了明清时期中医外科三大学术流派对丹毒的认识和理解，从病因病机、证候、辨证施治等内容进行简要归纳分析。三大流派对外科疾病的诊疗各有特色，在丹毒的治疗方面，三大流派均提倡内外合治，各流派的学术思想和遣方用药在现今的临证上仍有极大的借鉴指导意义。
