    【摘? 要】

    慢性肺源性心脏病，多由各种慢性肺系病变发展而来，是较为常见的一种肺系慢性疾患。本病常缠绵反复，病情逐步加重，难以痊愈，使患者的健康和生活受到严重威胁。文章在“久病入络”理论的基础上联合中医药防治慢性肺源性心脏病，探讨“久病入络”理论指导下的慢性肺源性心脏病中医治疗原则，以期为慢性肺源性心脏病的治疗提供参考。

    Chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD) is a common pulmonary disease， which is mainly developed from various chronic pulmonary diseases. The disease is often lingering and repeated， and the disease gradually worsens， which has a serious impact on the life health and quality of life of patients.
