    【摘 要】 III型前列腺炎也称慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(CP/CPPS)，是常见的男科疾病之一，其临床症状复杂多变，病程迁延不愈。但无论从中医学还是西医学的角度，从生理特性还是病理特点，从内在证候亦或是外在症状，从中医藏象还是西医学解剖，在CP/CPPS发展的任意阶段，都与毒瘀有着千丝万缕的关系，二者共同决定CP/CPPS的发生发展及传变。运用毒瘀理论浅析CP/CPPS发病特点及病因病机演变过程，分析CP/CPPS的中医诊疗思路，对临床治疗有重要的指导意义。
