    【摘 要】 文章分析了膜性肾病与足细胞的关系，简述了单味中药及提取物、中药复方制剂、中西医结合治疗膜性肾病足细胞损伤作用机制及优势，分析表明中西医结合治疗比单纯的中医药治疗有更多的多途径、多靶点及疗效快、副用少等优点，为临床运用中药减少西药副反应或者减少西药的用量和基础实验提供理论依据。
