    【摘 要】 隔核桃壳灸是起源于古代的一种隔物灸，其应用范围从主治外科疮疡，延伸到内、妇、儿各科中，后经各医家弘扬逐渐发展为现代隔核桃壳眼镜灸，配合针刺、耳穴、推拿、按摩、熏蒸等应用于眼部疾病治疗，在结膜炎、干眼、近视、视疲劳、白内障等方面均取得一定疗效。文章对隔核桃壳灸的历史源流及其在眼科疾病中的应用进行整理与总结，以期为其临床进一步推广应用提供依据。
