    【摘 要】 桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺功能减退症(简称甲减)是临床常见的甲状腺疾病，目前没有根治性的治疗方案，西医以甲状腺激素替代治疗为主，但存在剂量难以把控、有心脏方面的副作用等问题。而中医药治疗在缓解症状，调节免疫，提高患者生活质量上面有明显优势。文章总结了陈如泉教授治疗桥本甲状腺炎合并甲减的临证经验，陈如泉教授认为，肝脾肾功能失调是本病发生发展的主要因素，阳虚是主要结局，主张肝、脾、肾同治，从三脏的生理功能进行辨证用药，坚持病证结合，为中医治疗桥本甲状腺炎合并甲减提供借鉴与思路。
