    【摘 要】 文章介绍湿热瘀毒病机理论及其在肛周疾病治疗中的运用。肛周疾病为临床常见病，临床多采用手术方式治疗。受其解剖结构的影响，术后易发生出血、疼痛等并发症。结合20余年临床及科研实践，提出湿热瘀毒为肛周疾病的基本病机。湿热瘀毒遵循着一定的演变规律，其中湿热为首要因素，瘀血阻滞为关键因素，毒邪为重要因素。拟定清热消瘀，解毒渗湿的基本治法。临证针对病程所处阶段的病机特征，随机更法，调整治疗侧重。合以外治法集中药力、直达病处，内外合治以提高疗效。并强调生活饮食的调摄。

    Abstract：The article introduce the pathogenesis theory of damp-heat stasis and toxin and its application in perianal diseases. Perianal disease is a common clinical disease， which is often treated by surgery. Affected by its anatomical structure， postoperative complications such as bleeding and pain are prone to occur.
