    【摘 要】 灯草灸疗法属于特色民间疗法，其具有简单、便捷、价廉、疗效高的优势。近年来，文献表明灯草灸疗法对各类疾病治疗均有一定的疗效，文章简述了灯草灸的历史源流、中医理论认识、西医学认识和灯心草的化学成分及药理作用，旨在为日后能充分发挥灯草灸特有的治疗优势提供依据。

    An Overview of the Origin and Function of Burning Rush Moxibustion

    Abstract：Burning Rush Moxibustion is a characteristic folk therapy， which has the advantages of simplicity， convenience， low price and high curative effect. In recent years， literatures have shown that the treatment of various diseases has certain curative effect. This article briefly describes the historical origin of burning rush moxibustion， the theoretical understanding of traditional chinese medicine and the understanding of modern medicine， and chemical composition and pharmacological action of medulla junci，in order to provide the basis for giving full play to the unique therapeutic advantages of Burning Rush Moxibustion in the future.
