    【摘 要】 苗医弩药针疗法是苗族医学中广泛用于治疗疾病的传统外治法之一，是苗医药物治疗和针刺类治法的结合，独具苗医民族特色，具有清热解毒，刺激生灵能，补充惠气等作用。文章主要从苗医药理论总结熊芳丽教授论治下肢动脉闭塞症术后临证经验，为临床治疗下肢动脉闭塞症术后提供新思路、新方法，并附其运用苗医弩药针疗法治疗下肢动脉闭塞症术后验案2例。
