    【摘 要】 黄芪是一味经典的补气药，备受历代医家推崇。然而，仲景诸方中仅有七方运用黄芪，且均出自《金匮要略》。正如岳美中先生所言“仲景治伤寒绝不用黄芪”，仲景《伤寒论》中为何不用黄芪，或蕴含深意。文章从东汉以前典籍对黄芪的认识入手，以仲景用黄芪的情境为基，剖析仲景不用黄芪的原因，以管窥仲景用药法度。
