    【摘 要】文章基于《内经》开阖枢理论及经络学说展开研究，结合临床实践，认为针灸、罐法理论同源于经络学说，并将中医学三因制宜思想融入罐法应用方案，在此基础上创立开阖枢罐法理论体系，丰富罐法操作方案，扩大罐法临床适应症，进一步完善罐法理论与应用方案，充实罐法内涵。

    Theory and Application of Opening and Closing Pivot Pot Method

    Abstract：Based on the opening and closing pivot theory and meridian theory in the internal classic，combined with clinical practice，the guiding theory of acupuncture and cupping is considered to be the same as the meridian theory，and the idea of three factors in traditional Chinese medicine is integrated into the application scheme of cupping. On this basis，the theoretical system of opening and closing pivot cupping is established，which enriches the operation scheme of cupping， expands the clinical indications of cupping，further improves the theory and application scheme of cupping，and enriches the connotation of cupping. ......
